- @trobster, who said "No one protects citizen confidentiality better than the Census" Tell that to all the Japanese Americans who were rounded up in World War 2, based on their census replies. It's only confidential until someone says it isn't due to a national emergency or other excuse.

Census 2010
- The sole reason for the Census as outlined in The Constitution is for the allocation of Representatives in the House of Representatives. This means that only population is pertinent. I believe that any questions beyond the number of persons in your household violates the Fourth Amendment. In other words, it constitutes an illegal search and seizure. I may very well stand up for this belief and pay my $100 fine instead of answering all the questions.
