Ahhhh . . .

How to choose?? I think Vietnam would be on the top of my list (for today!) The landscape, the cities, the history, the people, the food - it seems perfect.

The Jersey Shore

What! The Jersey Shore, land of my youth, has been ignored? The Shore is unquestionably one of the wonders of the world. Leave it off the list? Fugetaboutit!

trip

I'd go to Saint Helena by the cruise ship for a couple of months or to the Faroe Islands for a week. I think those are really beautiful places.

Where Would You Go Travel Right Now?

In Cyprus. The best island of Mediterranean Sea. You will have everything you want. Culture, excellent beaches, very good hotels and delicious food.

New Zealand is tops

NZ South Island - the scenic western side, and then inland to Queenstown, and finally to North Island and the hectic Napier - Taupo road.

Hit the road

I've been long fixated with making the Cape Town to Cairo overland trek, but these days I'd like to drive south from the US to the Tierra Del Fuego (as stated by an earlier poster). The whole question is how to get past the 62mi Darien Gap that prevents you from driving the Pan-American hwy all the way south!

Land of Tiki

I recently read Kon-Tiki, and I had never before been interested in visiting the pacific islands. Now, however, I'd love to start in the Andes and work my way west, into the blue, visiting islands... but not necessarily on a balsa wood raft!

Where?

I would go to the Kingdom of Bhutan. It is a very interesting place and most isolated. They are steeped in culture, beautiful Buddhist temples, lovely people, serene locations, and very diverse climates. Something for everyone.

Where to go

New Zealand for 9 months, then Heron Island, Australia (not when the blue-footed boobies are migrating) for 2 weeks, then Bali for 3 months, Thailand for a month, Tuscany for a year, Mediterranean tour for a year.

take a lap

One dream trip is to do a lap around the Mediterranean...start and end in Venice. Working clockwise seems to make the most sense...including the night ferry from Morocco to Spain.

Such a long list, but...

I think I would go to the very southern tip of South America and stand on the rocks and stare at the ocean. True or not, I think of it as one of the most remote places in the world...

Where else?!?!

We just went to Greece in June, but I would go back there in a heartbeat! I would travel around the mainland, the Peloponnese, and explore many of the islands (especially Crete). The people are friendly, the food is fantastic, the sights are amazing. So much to see and do...just a wonderful country!

Bavaria

I have several places coming up in the future but one place not on the "will do list" is Bavaria. I want to rent a cottage on a lake there and do nothing but enjoy nature.

Anywhere?

I'd travel around the British Isles for a while, then branch off and see more of Germany and France, Spain, possibly Russia...then I'd spend some time touring China and getting my Mandarin up to snuff, followed by visits to Korea, Vietnam, and Japan...after that? Africa. I want to go a lot of places.

Where To Go?

I've been to 4 of the 7 continents. I would first go to Antarctica, then Australia, and last, South America. I would like to stay with native people of each continent to learn their culture. That's where I would go. :)

Travel to Montreal, Canada

I'd love to visit this beautiful city, and enjoy the mix of cultures and history of this important trade hub. What a beautiful country and wonderful people!

Indeed, Where to Go?

I think right now I would go to the United Kingdom and spend a few weeks exploring the British Isles.
