Paraguay Flag

The Paraguay flag has horizontal bands of red, white, and blue; different emblem on each side; when hoist at left, national coat of arms; when hoist at right, seal of the treasury (lion, red Cap of Liberty, with PAZ Y JUSTICIA and REPUBLICA DEL PARAGUAY).
