320 Central Avenue - Segovia's Family Billiard & Ice Cream Parlor

Segovia's Family Billiard and Ice Cream Parlor was originally built in 1917 and has housed a variety of establishments. The Parlor has been open for nine years and the owning Segovias are completely unrelated to those owning Segovia's Market across the street. The facility currently contains a bar-like serving counter, video games, and billiard tables. A group of "regulars" seems to occupy the place, which is somewhat dark and bar-looking on the interior. Note the awnings over the windows, which are typical of Central Avenue.
