Which two cultural groups comprise Belgium?
Belgium is a divided country. Flanders is the region in the north and is the home to the Flemings who speak Flemish (similar to Dutch). Walloonia is the region in the south and is the home of the Walloons, who are descendants of the Celts and speak French.Only about 10% of Belgium's divisive population is bilingual.
