Guide Review - "A Short History of Nearly Everything" by Bill Bryson

I enjoy reading books by Bill Bryson and this book is amazing and probably his best yet! Bryson covers the history of our planet and the universe, from plate tectonics to the structure of cells to the current knowledge of the roots of Homo sapiens. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, which is very well-written; it provides an excellent overview of the state of science right now. It's a great update from what you learned in school since so much has truly changed over the past few years. Anyone interested in any aspect of science or the earth (or even those who aren't) will truly love this book. It's definitely a must-read.
