Gamma Theta Upsilon, an Honor Society for Geographers

I wish I'd been a member of Gamma Theta Upsilon when I was an undergraduate or grad student but alas, I was not. Nonetheless, you should consider membership if you're a young geographer! Gamma Theta Upsilon is an honor society for students and scholars of geography. Academic institutions with geography departments across North America have active Gamma Theta Upsilon chapters.
