New UN Human Development Index Released

United Nations Development Program has released the 2011 Human Development Report, which includes the much-coveted Human Development Index. The report is available online along with the HDI rankings, which indicate that the top ranked countries based on HDI are Norway, Australia, and the Netherlands.
