The World's Next Country

Since 1990, 33 new countries have been created. The dissolution of the USSR and Yugoslavia in the early 1990s caused the creation of most of the newly independent states. Since then, a handful of new countries have gained independence. The most recent new country is Kosovo in 2008. Which country do you think will be the next on the world stage?
