Report Severe Weather Via Twitter

The U.S. National Weather Service is testing an experimental system to monitor severe weather through geotagged Tweets on Twitter. By using the tag #wxreport on Twitter, users can Tweet severe weather reports along with latitude and longitude or other less accurate geographic data for the National Weather Service to monitor weather data.
