Russia and Norway Agree on Arctic Border

Russia and Norway have come to an agreement on their join boundary in the Barents Sea, part of the Arctic Ocean. The new boundary will extend due northward from the boundary between Russia and Norway on the European mainland. This boundary keeps Svalbard and Franz Josef Land firmly Norwegian and Russian, respectively. The New York Times has the story
