The Unofficial Census, a project of a group called Census Digitus, provides an online mock-Census 2010 form with the same questions as on the questionnaires. Their goal? "To shame the U.S. Census Office for not having a method of online submission. This is 2010! Even the IRS, whose forms are much more complicated, allows online submission." I think the census is trying to keep the post office in business. They send a letter saying they are going to send you another letter that has your census form in it. Then you have to send it back. Government at it finest.
