Turkey and Armenia to Talk?

For nearly a century, Turkey and Armenia have not been on the best of terms. Turkey's mass slaughter of Armenians in World War One sealed the diplomatic envelope for generations. However, now the two countries are working toward establishing diplomatic ties but they agree not to discuss that painful time in history. The joint border between the two countries has been closed but the two nations hope to open that border for trade.
