New Urbanism is a urban planning and design movement that is relatively new. Designed to make livable and walkable cities, it is a movement that many planners and cities have developed a fancy for. Amanda Briney's latest article on New Urbanism provides a most excellent introduction to the topic along with further resources to explore.
