Purple Bicycles Coming to a City Near You?

Check out a new project from Yahoo! that might be interesting to geographers, travelers, or just those interested in seeing different parts of the world. Via the Purple Pedals project individuals are given purple bicycles with cameras attached to the fronts. This camera automatically takes photos while the bicyclists are riding and uploads them to Flickr. Then the locations of the photo sites are geotagged and uploaded to the "Maplication" so internet users can track the bikes' progress around the world.
