The Population Reference Bureau provides an interesting report about the demographics of the past few generations in the United States. The dates and names they use for the generations are somewhat different from most listings.
The Leeward Islands include the Virgin Islands, Dominica, Guadeloupe, Montserrat, Antigua, Barbuda, St. Kitts, Nevis, and Anguilla. They’re called the Leeward Islands because they’re away from the wind (“lee”).
Dominica is in the Windward islands i would know since i lived there most my life.
