For many Europeans, those of the English-speaking countries, and the Japanese the influence of climate has certainly decreased considerably in recent years – many now live in a world of 70 F year around. They don’t spend much time looking at such as waves, mountains, or trees. They do spend a great deal of their time looking at and listening to electronic devices. I suspect these people are little shaped by(geographic)Environmental Determinism, and I suspect this is the trend world-wide.
