I have two great suggestions for election maps. The first is Electoral-vote.com, which provides an election map showing the polling data for each state and an overall Electoral College projection of votes. The second is Political Maps.org, which is a blog that provides election maps of all sorts. Recent postings include maps of election predictions, a map of deadlines for voter registration, a map of newspaper endorsements, and a Senate election prediction map.
Update: The Huffington Post has a live election tracking page with a large agglomeration of election maps and Fox News has a great large map for up-to-the-minute updates.
