Nigeria Gives Disputed Territory to Cameroon

Nigeria has given the resource-rich Bakassi Peninsula to neighbor Cameroon to settle a decades-old dispute between the two countries. The 1200 square-mile region is home to 200,000 to 300,000 people. The New York Times has more.
