We spoke about non-renowning for teaching geography in the USA, sometime ago.
Why do you use Soviet Union in the list of states that recognized Israel and established diplomatic relations, then?
Ex-SU, is now 15 contries, so the updated lists maybe icreased.

Hi! Thanks for your comment! Since the Soviet Union was the name of the country that was one of the first to recognize Israel, I included it in the list. No other country on the list is no longer a country. As you can see from the list of countries that do not recognize Israel, all 15 former USSR republics as independent countries do now recognize the state of Israel.

When you write Soviet Union in present like this. All the people from these 15 independent countries become angry with you. :)

Did you read my article? It would be entirely historically inaccurate to state anything other than in 1949, the Soviet Union recognized Israel. The list is historical, not current and not after 1991!
