Latin American women have been finalists in the Miss Universe for quite some time now. I have notice countries like Germany and other European countries have sent brunette representatives instead of the usual blondes. I might be wrong, but I sense it this way.
I always enjoy watching Miss Universe. Recent competitors actually have more to offer than good looks.
