Liberians Head to Spaghetti Shacks

As the price of rice has doubled in six months, it has become too expensive for the average Liberian. Thus, a change is happening in Liberian culture as people begin to enjoy spaghetti, which is imported for about a third of the price of rice. With the emphasis on spaghetti, "spaghetti shacks" have popped up around the country, serving Liberian-style spaghetti, which is spaghetti cooked with chili peppers. The BBC has more.
