Take a look at this impressive collection of flag art by young Brazilian artist Icaro Doria. Check it out and let me know what you think (by adding your comments below!).
I’m very surprised that you called it “impressive”. It is crude, trite, and has no place in a Geography site.

I think this collection is very impressive. Flags are an international representation of what a nation/state believes it priorities or beliefs to be. The artist is making a political statement by revealing the irony in these national symbols. This collection is completely appropriate for a geography site.

These are great! Brilliant political art; as evidenced by the huffy, clenched response.

If those get anyone to think about flag designs meaning anything rather than simply being pretty pictures, then I guess they’ve served a purpose.

How can they have “no place on a geography site”? It’s statistical, political, economic, and vexillological.

It’s also brilliant, but that’s a separate issue.
