Nice Artical I found it interesting
America should sterilize anyone male/ female that is living on public funds… Would that deter you from long term welfare? Would that insure that the children born are to parents able to better take care of them? The sterilized people could adopt later when they are responsible enough to handle it. Druggies… one crack … baby, and both parents get sterilized! Goin’ to jail for a while… sterilize ‘em! Then you don’t have to abort so many… or neglect so many! Crazy…you’re sterilized!

I have one child and population explosion was a consideration in that decision. The author does mention that this is not a sustainable answer and I agree.
