Given that there is uncertainty in the cosmopolitan world as a result of the threat emernating from al qeadas of the east and the imperialism of the west on the developing world such as africa and the power play in the UN general assembly, there can not be level playing ground for all. the neo colonialism( modern slavery )emernating from the developed wolrd to their developing world counterpart can not be over emphasised.
The ugly(crime,sickness,poverty,war,etc) image portrayed of developing world( Africa)is discouraging as if there is nothing like that in the advanced society.I think all these should be addressed importantly.
