U.S. Life Expectancy Hits Record High

Life expectancy from birth in the United States keeps rising. The Centers for Disease Control recently reported that U.S. life expectancy rose to 77.9 based on 2005 data. The CDC states, "Over the past decade, life expectancy has increased from 75.8 years in 1995, and from 69.6 years in 1955." I reported two years ago on a record life expectancy in the U.S.
