NOAA scientists are
reporting that they expect
La Nina conditions later this year. The expectation is for, "Wetter than normal conditions in the Pacific Northwest and drier than normal conditions in the already drought stricken southwestern U.S. this fall" due to La Nina.

Will I think it’s agood thing for the Pacific Northwest areas and bad thing for Southwestren U.S areas. but the question is why this Nina ana LaNina happened? and did they only happened in America .
