Bolivia May Have One Capital City

Bolivia is one of a handful of countries with multiple capital cities. Its judicial capital is Sucre but its legislative and executive capital is La Paz. Now, delegates working on rewriting the country's constitution are putting forward a proposal to consolidate governmental functions in Sucre. However, the proposal appears to be more of a battle between eastern and western politicians rather than a method of streamlining governmental activities.
