The government of Mexico opened its forty-seventh consulate in the United States last month in Little Rock, Arkansas. Since 2000, the Mexican government has opened consulates, which provide services to citizens abroad, in such places as St. Paul, Minnesota; Indianapolis, Indiana; Kansas City, Missouri; Omaha, Nebraska and Raleigh, North Carolina.
