Changing Demographics at Universities

At the University of California, Berkeley, 46% of the incoming freshman class last fall was Asian, compared to comprising 12% of the state's population. The New York Times looks at the changing demographics of American universities, with a special focus on UCB and others in the University of California system, where the percentage of Asians among new students is as high as 56% (at UC Irvine).
