The Airports Council International has ranked Seoul Incheon International Airport in South Korea as the world's highest quality airport when it comes to customer service. Following Seoul in the rankings was 2) Kuala Lampur International, 3) Hong Kong International, 4) Singapore Changi Airport and 5) and Dallas/Fort Worth International. Interestingly, Europe's top airport ranked number eight on the overall list and was none other than Ben-Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv; giving credence to my suggestion in my Official Listing of Countries by Region that perhaps Israel should be considered a European country. Here's an article about the rankings.
