Congratulations on acquiring Jared Diamond for this event! He is more than a geographer, and one of the few people who understand that everything is related to everything else. I’d love to hear him speak!
Fantastic news, his books are a must! So indeed something is changing in the mindsets of some people: ecological awareness isn’t only for muesli-eating hippies any more, it enters the mainstream. At least I hope so.
Morning Jared, I saw a piece of the germs, guns and steel show, you stated that your ancestors were bless with animals to help them in their farming. Then the video showed parts of Eygpt, I’m curious, are you stating that Egyptians were Caucasian. If you do believe this, what’s your proof.
