The U.S. Census Bureau provides a collection of fascinating facts as school children in the United States head back to school in to coming days. Most interesting - about one-fourth of the U.S. population (75.5 million) above the age of two are students of some kind, 2% of students aged 5 to 17 are home schooled, and 100% of the nation's schools had Internet access as of the year 2003.
