Sealand, which is not a country, has burned down and a single unidentified security guard occupant (not proof of a permanent population) was unfortunately hospitalized in the United Kingdom. Here's a photo of the fire and a news report from the BBC.

I’m tempted to throw them some cash just so they can rebuild and remain there, claiming sovereignity off the coast of England.
