Located about midway between Cape Town, South Africa and Buenos Aires, Argentina lies what is often referred to as the world's most remote inhabited island - Tristan da Cunha. Tristan da Cunha is the primary island of the Tristan da Cunha island group, consisting of six islands.

If the question is simply “What is the world’s most remote island?” the vote would probably have to go to Bouvet island south of Tristan da Cunha.
If the question is “What is the world’s most remote INHABITED island?” then the vote might go to Tristan da Cunha or Gough Island since Bouvet is uninhabited.
that is right, bouvet is the most remoted island
The degree of remoteness is, of course, relative and dependent upon how one defines remoteness, but my vote for the world’s most remote island would be Heard Island, in the far south Indian (or Southern) Ocean. Heard Island is an Australian External Territory located at 53.1 S 73.5 E, about 300 miles (450 km) southeast of of the French-owned Kerguelen Island, which is another contender for world’s most remote island.
According to wikipedia,
Tristan is the most remote ARCHIPELAGO. Easter Island is further from a mainland.
