Plan to Use Satellite Images for Taxation Dismissed

A British idea to utilize satellite photos and images to determine if property owners have made improvements on their property and thus tax them at the appropriate rate, won't work. It would seem that the dense living conditions and overcast skies of the UK aren't fit for remote sensing taxation. More from The Daily Mirror
