Tallest Building Causing Earthquakes?

A geologist at Taiwan's Institute of Earth Sciences says that construction of the world's tallest building, Taipei 101, has created earthquakes due to pressure imposed by the 101 story building. Numerous microquakes and earthquakes, up to magnitude 3.8, have occurred directly beneath the structure (which is built to withstand a magnitude 7.0 quake).
