1.5 Million Chinese Descendants of One Man

Here's a fascinating article from the BBC, it turns out that approximately one and a half million Chinese men are the direct descendant of one man - Giocangga, the grandfather of the founder of the Qing Dynasty. The reason of the myriad of descendants are due to the high number of wives and concubines Giocangga had approximately 500 years ago.
