National Geographic Publishes "Katrina" Special Edition

National Geographic is publishing a special 102-page edition devoted exclusively to Hurricane Katrina. The publication, which will cost $4.95, hits newsstands on Friday. This is the first time the society has published a special edition due to a global event. The publication will include no advertising.
