Japan Developing Supersonic Flights

The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency is developing a successor to the retired Concorde to shuttle passengers across the Pacific Ocean at Mach 2. The agency hopes to develop supersonic travel by 2020. At Mach 2, flights from Tokyo to Los Angeles would take four hours.
