Texas Becomes Majority Minority

According to the U.S. Census Bureau's latest population estimates, 50.2% of the population of Texas is a "minority" group, becoming the fourth state to attain the title of majority-minority state. Hawaii, New Mexico and California, along with Washington D.C. are in the same boat as Texas. Maryland, Mississippi, Georgia, New York and Arizona are next in line for the distinction.
