Australia Asks Google to Censor Imagery

By , About.com GuideAugust 10, 2005

Follow me on:

Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO) is calling upon Google Earth (formerly Keyhole) to censor images of Australia's nuclear reactor at Lucas Heights. The level of detail available on Google Earth concerns ANSTO due to terrorism. They explain that there is not a compelling reason to make the image available. Google Earth does censor the roofs of some Washington D.C. buildings, use as the White House and the Old Executive Office Building.

Clearly condition the volume of square footage available for
you. Professional property can be analyzed by its useful
sq footage, which can be where by business would happen.
Other dimensions could involve uninhabitable spots and walls.
It’s a great idea to determine using each methods to prevent setbacks at the same time.
