Florida Has Most New Homes

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, from July 1, 2003 to July 1, 2004, Florida led the nation in the number of new homes constructed with nearly 200,000 homes built in the year. Following Florida were Texas (173,000), California (169,000), Georgia (89,000) and Arizona (70,000).
