Forbes has released a list of the most expensive ZIP Codes in the United States based on the median sale price of homes. The most expensive ZIP Code is 94027, which is Atherton, California south of San Francisco. In the top 50: 30 are in California, 6 in New York, and 3 each in New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
