Georgia Moves to New Time Zone

Last Sunday, the Eurasian country Georgia moved its time zone to match the time zone in Moscow, which is four hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). In the 1990s, Georgia moved to the UTC +5 time zone to help alleviate an energy crisis.
