America's Worst Bottlenecks

The American Highway Users Alliance has identified the twenty-four worst bottlenecks on American highways, determined what they cost our economy, and how to fix them. For instance, the country's worst bottleneck is Interstate 405 at Highway 101 in Los Angeles (yes, it is a whopper!); fixing it will save 36 lives and prevent 9,017 accidents over a 20 year period.
