Asian countries have gotten together to develop a cross-continent highway that will link countries from Tokyo (I'm not sure how the road will go from Tokyo to China) to Istanbul. The plan for the highway, which will increase trade and interconnections, will be announced in 2006. More news from the BBC.

Cool .. this will be the longest freaking drive..to test the speed and one’s agility .. its human Vs Machine.. I hope it connects ASAP .. and all the Govt Heads give a NOD to it.. Tat will be one hell of a drive.. its all on the roads.. its fun !!! i guess ther’ll be a lotta international permints.. on road.. burnin fuel and burning tyre will be fun….all we can do is just wait nd see !!
