Chad Takes Romania to U.N. Over Flag

Since 1989, when communism ended in Romania, the flags of Romania and Chad have been practically the same. In 1989, Romania dropped a communist insignia in the center of the flag. Now, Chad is upset and has asked the United Nations to look into the issue. Read more from the BBC.
