Depends on whether the inhabitants on the Tanzania side want to be Kenyans!! We are a long way from colonial powers deciding where boundaries should fall. Great to have more details on these “negotiations”!!
This discussion should proceed on,i know the chaga peaple speak kikuyu.Actually,from history,i know a kikuyu fellow called Chege left mount kenya becouse of family disputes.He ventured into an expedition where he settled at the slopes of mt.kilimanjaro.He stated a family here with his Gekuyo wife.Chaga people were created here.
Kenyan government has a right to recall her peaple and her kilimanjaro back home.

The kenyas are just *WAKORA* Kilimanjaro has never been a part of Kenya and it will not be– what you gotta deal with is Mombasa Republical Council (MRC) , they say and in fact that is the fact that the kenyan coast is not part of the kenya interior as they call it (Pwani si Kenya-coast is not Kenya) till 1963 it was with zanzibar,hence they share historical and cultural fenomenon.
