State of Georgia Has New Flag

With a 3 to 1 margin, voters in the U.S. state of Georgia overwhlemingly decided to adopt a new flag for their state that has been flying for the past ten months. The state used an interim flag from 2001 to 2003. The choice of the 1956 to 2001 flag was not an option for voters.
